Purpose-Built Facility for Engineered Building Envelopes

Established in 2009 in the strategic industrial center of Barka, Sultanate of Oman, Paneltech International LLC operates a modern, high-precision manufacturing plant dedicated to the continuous and discontinuous production of insulated sandwich panels, roll-formed profile sheets, and structural steel building components.

Engineered to satisfy demanding international building codes and Gulf environmental standards, our Barka facility integrates computer-controlled roll formers, automated high-pressure polyurethane and polyisocyanurate (PIR/PU) foaming machines, specialized Rockwool insertion conveyors, and heavy cold-gauge purlin mills under one roof.

  • Direct Access to Major GCC Transit Corridors
  • Continuous PIR, PU & Rockwool Production Lines
  • Just-In-Time Coil Supply with Prime Traceability
  • Certified In-House QA Laboratory & Loading Bays

By controlling every step from raw coil uncoiling to chemical blending, core lamination, and automated bundling, we provide global procurement teams, EPC contractors, and structural consultants with unmatched lead-time reliability and verified structural performance.

Production Infrastructure

Specialized Manufacturing Lines

Our workshop layout is engineered for synchronized lean production, allowing high-volume output while adhering strictly to customer-specified cut-lengths and tolerances.

Continuous Sandwich Panel Lines

Equipped with dual caterpillar laminating presses, automated multi-component high-pressure polyol/isocyanate dosing systems, and inline flying saws. Handles both high-density rigid polyurethane (PU) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) fire-retardant foam cores with zero ozone depletion potential.

Capacity: PIR / PU Roof & Wall Panels

Non-Combustible Rockwool Line

Automated lamella slicing and orientation system turning high-density mineral wool slabs into vertical structural fibers before polyurethane bonding. Produces fire-rated and acoustically attenuated partition walls and insulated roof systems for hazardous industrial sites.

Capacity: Up to 2-Hour+ Fire Resistance

Precision Sheet Profiling Mills

Heavy-duty multi-stand roll forming equipment converting pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI), Aluzinc/Galvalume, and architectural aluminum coils into weather-tight trapezoidal, corrugated, and standing-seam profiles for single-skin and built-up envelope designs.

Profiles: Corrugated & Box Profiles

High-Strength Metal Decking Units

Engineered roll-formers producing high-depth re-entrant and trapezoidal composite floor decks with embossed mechanical ribs. Designed to act as permanent formwork and positive tensile reinforcement in multi-storey composite steel-concrete construction.

Output: Composite Structural Floor Decks

Automated Z & C Purlin Line

Computerized quick-change roll-forming mills featuring hydraulic pre-punching, slotting, and precision shearing. Formed from high-tensile galvanized structural steel coils (up to 450 MPa yield strength) for secondary roof purlins and wall girts.

Grades: Cold-Formed High-Yield Steel

CNC Flashing & Fabrication Workshop

Industrial hydraulic press brakes, guillotine shears, and folding benches manufacturing custom color-matched perimeter trims, ridge caps, corner flashings, drip edges, and tailored roller shutter assemblies.

Finishing: Custom Angles Up to 6-Meter Lengths

E-E-A-T Quality Assurance

Strict Multi-Stage Quality Control

Our Quality Management System operates throughout every production phase in Barka. We enforce full material traceability, from mill certificates of master coils through chemical reaction monitoring to packaging verification.

Raw Material Incoming Inspection

Every imported steel and aluminum coil undergoes laboratory validation: micrometer gauge check, zinc mass testing, cross-hatch paint adhesion, and yield verification before release into uncoilers.

Continuous In-Line Process Monitoring

Automated temperature, pressure, and flow controls govern polyol and isocyanate reaction chambers. Inline monitoring guarantees optimal foam density (38–42 kg/m³), dimensional consistency, and uniform cell structure.

Finished Product Mechanical & Thermal Testing

Regular destructive and non-destructive quality testing including tensile adhesion (skin to core), flexural bending rigidity, thermal conductivity verification, and water-tight tongue-and-groove joint fitment.

Verified Mill Documentation & Certification

All delivered batches are accompanied by certified Mill Test Reports (MTR), flame spread test reports, and factory inspection declarations demanded by international third-party engineering auditors.

Paneltech Quality Assurance and Structural Building Products

Barka Factory Location Advantages

Strategically positioned in Barka, Al Batinah South Governorate, Paneltech minimizes inland transport time to Port Sultan Qaboos and Port Sohar for maritime export to East Africa, GCC, and South Asia, while providing direct same-day overland trucking routes to projects across Oman, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

Standard Operating Procedure

The Production Flow

01

Coil Loading & Profiling

Master coils are precision-slit, de-coiled, and fed into multi-pass roll-forming stations forming top and bottom steel profiles.

02

Foam / Core Lamination

High-pressure liquid PIR/PU injection or automated Rockwool lamella insertion between synchronized upper and lower pre-heated sheets.

03

Continuous Curing & Cutting

The panel cures inside a 24-meter heated double-belt continuous press, then travels to an automated flying disc saw for cut-to-length accuracy.

04

Stacking, Wrapping & Staging

Cooling conveyors feed panels into automatic stackers, where bundles are bubble-wrapped, edge-protected, and palletized for zero-scratch dispatch.

Worldwide Project Fulfillment

Export-Grade Packing & Global Logistics

Paneltech regularly manufactures and prepares building envelope packages for overseas clients. We understand that transit damage or poorly organized shipments can delay multi-million-dollar site schedules.

Every overseas consignment is loaded into 20ft/40ft Open Top, High Cube containers or dedicated flat-rack units with engineered dunnage, protective foam layers, high-strength strapping, and humidity controls.

Protective Film & Corner Shields Peelable UV-resistant protective films on metallic faces with heavy edge guards against sling friction.
Containerized Optimization Tailored cutting schedules designed around ISO container dimensions to maximize volume and minimize shipping freight.
Custom Wooden Dunnage Heat-treated ISPM-15 certified timber cradles allowing effortless forklift and crane de-stuffing at destination ports.
Sequential Project Bundling Bundles packed and labeled in erection sequence according to architectural shop drawings to accelerate site assembly.
