To expedite quotation turnaround and guarantee strict adherence to project specifications, international contractors and purchasing officers are encouraged to provide the following project criteria:
Building Purpose
Specify facility function (Cold Storage, Logistics Warehouse, Commercial Mall, Substation, or Industrial Factory) to define thermal and fire codes.
Core & Thickness
Indicate preferred insulation core (PIR, PU, or Mineral Rockwool) and core thickness (ranging from 30mm up to 150mm+).
Steel Facings
Define top/bottom skin gauge (0.40mm - 0.70mm), base metal (Galvanized / Aluzinc / Aluminum), paint system (Polyester, PVDF), and RAL shade.
Ancillary Package
List required cold-formed Z & C purlins, metal floor decking, matching flashings, self-drilling fixings, sealants, or translucent daylight sheets.
