Paneltech manufactures corrugated profile sheets using three primary substrates: Pre-painted Galvanized Iron (GI / PPGI) compliant with ASTM A653, Aluzinc / Galvalume (Alu-Zinc) compliant with ASTM A792, and Tension-Leveled Aluminium Alloy A3105 in H16 temper. Special alloys and high-yield grades are supplied upon technical request.
Standard sheets feature baked Regular Modified Polyester (RMP) with a 5-micron primer and 20-micron topcoat. For high-salinity coastal areas, industrial chemical exposure, or extreme UV radiation, Paneltech provides PVDF (Kynar 500), Siliconized Modified Polyester (SMP), Plastisol (up to 200 microns), and Anti-Scratch (ARS) protective coatings.

Our corrugated profile sheets are extensively specified as single-skin non-insulated sheets for unheated canopies, agricultural sheds, and warehouse sidings, as well as the outer and inner weather barriers of double-skin site-assembled acoustic and thermal roofing systems using mineral wool insulation.
Steel profile sheets are produced from 0.30 mm to 0.90 mm thickness, while aluminium sheets range from 0.50 mm up to 0.90 mm (custom gauges up to 1.2 mm available). Sheets are cut to exact project requirements up to 12 meters to eliminate longitudinal lap joints. Lead times depend on coil availability and order volume, with rapid GCC transport dispatch.
