Continuous-Line Insulated Sandwich Panels

Paneltech International LLC specializes in the precision engineering, continuous-line manufacturing, and global export of Polyurethane (PU / PUR), Polyisocyanurate (PIR), and Mineral Rockwool insulated composite sandwich panels. Designed to meet demanding building envelope specifications, our panels offer superior thermal resistance, verified fire behavior, acoustic attenuation, and certified structural integrity.

We manufacture panels utilizing heavy-duty external and internal metal skins including Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel (PPGI), Galvalume (Alu-Zinc), Aluminum, and Stainless Steel. Surface coatings are tailored to specific environmental conditions, including Polyester, Plastisol, PVDF for harsh marine/high-UV exposures, and certified Food-Safe anti-bacterial coatings for cold storage and cleanroom installations. Full RAL color matching is supported.

PIR (Polyisocyanurate)

Thermal conductivity λ = 0.022 W/m·K. Superior self-extinguishing fire behavior with reduced smoke generation. Excellent for high-performance industrial envelope requirements.

PU / PUR (Polyurethane)

Closed-cell high-density foam (40 ± 2 kg/m³) maximizing insulation values at minimal self-weight. Ideal for chilled logistics hubs and controlled temperature facilities.

Mineral Rockwool

Non-combustible A-class basalt mineral fiber core. Provides exceptional fire compartmentalization and acoustic sound absorption for high-risk industrial facilities.

Technical Performance Parameters

Laboratory validated values for continuous polyurethane and polyisocyanurate rigid foam insulation cores:

Core Technical Characteristic Standard Specification / Testing Criteria Measured Engineering Value

Available Core Thickness Tailored thermal requirements 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 75 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm

* Comparative Thermal Equivalence: A 50 mm Paneltech PIR panel delivers identical thermal protection (U-value) to a 75 cm aerated concrete wall, a 60 cm structural clay tile wall, or a 190 cm solid brick wall.

Trapezoidal Roof Sandwich Panel System

Insulated Roof Sandwich Panels

Engineered with high trapezoidal external profiling to ensure exceptional rainwater discharge, structural load deflection, and wind uplift resistance across wide purlin spans.

  • Trapezoidal corrugated exterior facing with overlapping tongue-and-groove joint.
  • Supports purlin spacing over 3 meters based on local climatic wind/snow loads.
  • Capillary groove protection preventing moisture penetration across seam junctions.
  • Widely deployed across distribution warehouses, factories, and agricultural sheds.
Micro-Ribbed Wall Sandwich Panel System

Insulated Wall & Partition Panels

Available in micro-ribbed, flat, or linear aesthetic profiles for external facades, internal fire partitions, cleanrooms, and food-processing industrial envelopes.

  • Vertical or horizontal installation configuration with visible or concealed fasteners.
  • Interlocking tongue-and-groove joints guarantee tight acoustic and thermal seals.
  • Permissible structural vertical support spans up to 6 meters, lowering secondary steel weight.
  • Hygienic, anti-fungal, washable surfaces designed for pharmaceutical and food cold stores.

Engineering & Procurement Advantages

Accelerated ROI & Energy Savings

Ultra-low thermal conductivity cuts operational HVAC costs by up to 40%. The energy saved typically offsets total envelope material expenditure within 2 to 3 years.

Severe Weather & Corrosion Defense

Engineered to withstand extreme Gulf thermal cycles, coastal salinity, and UV degradation with high-grade PVDF or Plastisol protective skin coatings.

Structural Lightweight Efficiency

High rigidity-to-weight ratio allows wide structural spans, reducing total structural steel framing, foundation loads, and crane lifting costs on site.

100% Recyclable Materials

CFC/HCFC-free foam cores and recyclable steel and aluminum facings ensure sustainable construction compliance aligned with modern LEED and green building codes.

Procurement & Engineering FAQ

Choose PIR when you require high thermal insulation coupled with enhanced fire reaction standards (self-extinguishing, low smoke). Choose PU/PUR for standard cold chain, refrigeration storage, and agricultural buildings prioritizing insulation at optimal cost. Choose Rockwool for non-combustible class A fire barriers, high acoustic insulation, and buildings where strict municipal or civil defence fire separation rules apply.

Yes. Paneltech provides a fully compatible single-source building envelope system. We fabricate matching ridge caps, barge boards, corner flashings, eaves gutters, self-drilling fasteners with EPDM washers, and profile-matched polycarbonate/GRP translucent daylight sheets.

Each panel is laminated with a protective polyethylene film on both skins. Panel stacks are packed with EPS bottom support spacers, heavy-duty edge corner protectors, and wrapped in moisture-resistant stretch film designed for 40ft open-top, flat-rack, or standard shipping containers to ensure zero transit abrasion.
