The panel consists of three composite layers: an outer Galvalume steel sheet coated with high-temperature car paint, a high-density rigid polyurethane foam core treated with flame retardant, and a protective aluminum foil fiber backing cloth.
Thanks to the anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties of the aluminized zinc plate and durable baked automotive coating, the panels can reach a service life of up to 45 years under standard exterior conditions.
The panel achieves a certified B-level flame-retardant rating. The rigid PU foam core is specially treated to extinguish without flaming droplets, effectively enhancing building fire safety.
Standard thicknesses include 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, and 40mm. The effective coverage width is 383mm, and standard lengths are 3800mm or 5800mm, with custom lengths available to suit customer requirements.
