What is the lead time for production and delivery?
Standard door openers take about 5-7 days; regular doors require 7-12 days; X-ray protection doors take 15-20 days; and bulk mass production typically requires 25-30 days after receiving the initial deposit.
What are your designated shipping ports and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We mainly ship via Huangpu seaport in Guangzhou, as well as Yantian and Shekou seaports in Shenzhen. The MOQ is 1 set for automatic door openers and 1 set for doors.
What are your payment terms and discount policies?
We accept payment terms of 50% T/T in advance and the remaining 50% T/T before dispatch. Commercial volume discounts are readily available based on your overall order quantities.
How can the roller shutters be operated during a power failure?
