Maximum Strength, Minimum Steel — 30–50% lighter than equivalent solid H-beams. Open-web design carries loads as pure axial tension/compression.
20+ Year Corrosion Barrier — 85–200 µm zinc-iron alloy coating on every surface including weld zones and bolt hole interiors.
Plug-and-Play Site Assembly — Multi-row pre-drilled bolt hole patterns. Truss bay erected in hours, no field welding needed.
30 Meters+ Without Intermediate Columns — Maximizes usable floor space, better vehicle movement, ideal for warehouses and sports halls.
Warren/Pratt/K-type web patterns. Built to your DXF/DWG/PDF drawings with camber, chord section, and bolt layout exactly as specified.
TYNE TIANJIN hot-dip galvanized welded truss steel beams are lightweight, high-strength structural members engineered for large-span roof systems where solid H-beams would be too heavy or uneconomical.
Each truss is fabricated from rectangular hollow section (RHS) steel tubes — two parallel chords connected by triangulated diagonal web bracing in a W or N pattern.
This open-web geometry achieves exceptional strength-to-weight ratios, delivering clear spans of 30 meters and beyond with significantly less steel than equivalent solid beams. Factory-welded end plates with pre-drilled bolt hole patterns enable fast bolted site assembly.
